$3200.00 is the Fee for services.
Non-Refundable Deposit
I do require that you pay an initial non-refundable deposit before your midwifery care
can begin. The amount of this non-refundable deposit will vary depending on when
you start midwifery care.
The remainder of your bill will be paid in installments with the balance paid by 37
weeks of pregnancy.
Services Provided
Fee paid INCLUDES:
$3200.00 is the Fee for services.
- 10% discount from the Fee for paying the entire fee at the first prenatal visit
- I offer a $50.00 referral bonus paid after a new client signs on with Tree of Life
Midwifery Care - If at anytime in your pregnancy twins are discovered and midwifery care with
Tree of Life Midwifery Care is deemed safe to continue, understand that the
fee will increase. Twins are a higher risk pregnancy and require more
monitoring by the midwife than a singleton pregnancy. Thus, the fee would
increase to $3800.00. In addition to this fee you will also be responsible for
paying two professional midwife assistants, instead of 1. This fee will be
$250.00 per assistant.
Non-Refundable Deposit
I do require that you pay an initial non-refundable deposit before your midwifery care
can begin. The amount of this non-refundable deposit will vary depending on when
you start midwifery care.
- In your first trimester (up to 12 weeks) the deposit is $500.00
- In your second trimester (13 to 27 weeks) the deposit is $600.00
- In your third trimester (28 weeks to delivery) the deposit is $700.00
The remainder of your bill will be paid in installments with the balance paid by 37
weeks of pregnancy.
Services Provided
Fee paid INCLUDES:
- Prenatal, Labor/Delivery and Postpartum/Newborn Care
- Routine OB Profile Blood work/Urine culture for mom
- Counseling regarding nutrition, pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Midwife Services at birth
- Newborn Exam
- Newborn Screening at or before 36 hours and again at 2 weeks of age
- Filing of Birth Certificate and for Social Security Card
- 24-36 hour postpatum visit and 2 week postpartum visit
- Well Woman Check up and PAP at 6-8 weeks postpartum
- Personal items for the birth (towels, baby clothes, sheets, toiletries, etc.)
- Birth Kit (ordered directly from www.inhishands.com)
- Sonograms
- Labwork that is not routine
- Visits to a doctor or hospital as deemed necessary
- Rhogam or Winrho (for Rh- moms)
- If Vitamin K is desired for the newborn, a prescription must be obtained from a
doctor and paid for by client - Fee for use of a birth center
- Ambulance fee if desired
- $250.00 Birth Assistant Fee (paid directly to the assistant after the birth)
