Here is a list of things you may want for your natural homebirth or waterbirth! Check with your midwife to find out what items she wants you to provide and what items she will be bringing to your birth. I give my clients a list of things to have on hand, some of which are found on the list below, others, I provide.
Here is a list of things that I provide for my clients:
- Peri bottle
- Herbs sitz bath
- Chux pads
- 3 ice packs
- Newborn hat
- Bulb syringe
- 3 Disposable mesh panties
- Briefs
- 10-12 pads

- 2 Gallon sized ziplock bags for the placenta

- Receiving blankets (okay with getting dirty or stained!)

Postpartum:
- Plan that let's you rest and focus on your baby for 2-6 weeks
- Hydrogen Peroxide
- Chux pads

Specific for Waterbirth:
- 2 tops or nursing bras, one to be wet and one to be dry
